The wolves we brought from Germany in early 2010 quickly made themselves at home in their new enclosure and our visitors were delighted to see them. They are lovely animals and are quite used to seeing people.

In an earlier rescue mission to Germany we had brought Ronnie, one of our chimps from Gelsenkirchen Zoo, who could no longer keep him. After his quarantine period at Wales Ape & Monkey Sanctuary expired Ronnie was successfully  integrated into our large group of chimps.
